The Manna Internship exists to help young adults between the ages of 17-25 discover, develop, and deploy their unique gifts and callings as they are built in their faith, character, and leadership. With a flexible schedule, the Internship gives its Interns the ability to see the behind-the-scenes work in ministry. Interns will be able to specialize in a specific track while receiving hands-on coaching and training.
The Leadership track is designed for anyone looking to hone their skills at building and leading teams. With a wide range of responsibilities, Leadership Interns will get hands-on experience in leading serve teams, small groups, and other events.
The Worship and Production track is built for individuals focused on cultivating an inviting atmosphere on Sunday mornings and leading the congregation in corporate worship.
Missions and Outreach focuses on being the hands and feet of Christ outside of a Sunday morning. Missions and Outreach interns will have the opportunity to organize and lead outreaches as well as missions trips.
$500 per semester
Interns must:
Know Jesus as Lord
Be a member of Manna Church
Pass a background check
Provide recommendations
The internship is flexible with its hours, though the intern is expected to participate in the events, team leadership, and mentoring provided in track time.
The program is available during a spring, summer, and fall semester.
